Hi guys,

We've added a new feature here on the community and I'd love to get your thoughts on it, as well as how it functions.

 

Its called Product mentions and allows you to 'mention' products (in our case, mobile phones, smartwatches and tablets available on O2) with a hashtag at the front. (e.g. Sony Xperia Z5). When you type a '#', you should see an drop-down menu of devices that match to what you are writing.

 

It then creates a link to our pages across the wider O2 website, so that if say, a member reads a great review you have created, they can easily get to the device's page on the O2 site.

While we are just testing this out for devices for now, we are also looking at using it for other products and services

Thanks for your continuing tests from your devices guys, We've let Lithium know that there seems to be an issue with Windows devices. If anyone has used a Windows device and the product mentions did not work, please post the OS number version and device.

This is a new test for product mentions Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge  and another one: Sony Xperia Z5 and finally a tablet: Apple iPad Pro
