What is the RAM on this phone? Apparently it comes in both a 3GB and 4GB RAM version - which version is sold on the O2 website?

Also, is the phone locked, what is the warranty, and does O2 do online price matching?

Not sure on RAM.
o2 phones are now sold unlocked.
Normally they get a 24 month warranty.
No, o2 do not price match.
