Afternoon everyone 🙂

I know many of you have been interested in what Samsung had planned today and many of you have been watching the live event. I have too! Wow, loads of innovation on display - I know I'm impressed. If you missed any of it, you’ll find
below a summary of the products unveiled and some of their features. We have no further official details yet but whenever we have more info to share we’ll be sure to let you all know.

 

Galaxy Note 4
- Improved UX Design
- Quad HD Super AMOLED
display
- Multi Window - now easier to locate & use
- Improved & enhanced S Pen experience and S Note 
- 3.7
MPw/ OIS F1.9 front camera (HELLO SELFIES!!!)

  •          60% more light than previous front cameras
  •          Heart-rate sensor on the back can be used as shutter button - No shake or jitter!
  •          90% angle for a better selfie - Wide Selfie option too to capture even more. Future #OscarSelfie?

- 16MP w/ OIS back camera

  •          Smart OIS - Better, faster pictures

- Fast Charging - 50% battery charge in just 30min vs 55min on the Note 3
- 3
extra mics to enhance voice recording and voice call clarity with noise reduction
- New partnership with Montblanc to provide optional extras
such as high quality pens for the Note

The Gear S looks really cool...and I await the first request for its use at work.

 

In fact, I can see the gear VR having some great medical uses as well so no doubt that'll be requested as well!

Oooh looks good. Waiting on pricing now as that will be crucial for many. I like the curved edge. Disappointed though with lack of 4gb ram.

The note 3 is still holding it's price very well at £550 sim free so I can see this going a bit higher but the note 3 should drop now also.....
