I am just worried about the free earbuds promotion. As per samsung terms and conditions claims are limited to 250 per company....

Agree... although, this is Samsung and O2 fault... not the consumers so Im guessing it will have to be honoured.

Don't worry, this is something I already checked into and that 250 figure is in reference to companies as in Business customers. There's otherwise no total/limit for O2. So if we had 10,000 eligible consumer pre-orders and everyone follows the instructions to claim, and within the right period, then you'll get the gift you were entitled to

The delay is one week, if it doesn't change during that time. I'm guessing the claim period is a bit longer than that.

No claims should be impacted by this.

The deadline to submit a claim, including proof of purchase and any other required information will be midnight on 27/02/2021. As 05/02/2021 is the latest we expect any impacted S21 Ultra devices to arrive by, there will be over 3 weeks where you'll be able to submit your claim.

I've received the text yesterday saying my order had been delayed and would arrive by the 5th Feb, but this morning I've received an email that says my order is out of stock and gives no indication of when it will arrive. Please advise.

Hi there.

When you say a 'UK wide international shipping issue' vague ambiguity aside.. Do you mean that this issue is specific to O2? As it seems many other retailers have the 512gb version in stock for today.

Any further feedback would be greatly received. As I think we're all just looking for some clarification.

Thanks.
