What tariffs is it on?
With O2 Custom Plans, we put that in your hands - every part of it. Choose your own upfront cost, Device Plan length and data allowance. Want to pay more and pay off the device in a short period? You can go to as little as 3 months. Want to pay less, over a longer period? You can go up to 36 months to spread the cost.

What are the specs?
With up to 5 cameras with the S10 Plus, and 3 separate S10 devices, there's too much to list but you can find the full official spec sheet right here.

A.
We have no current plans to stock this variant but we'll let everyone know if or when that changes

A. We’ll let you know more information about these as and when we get it.

A. Great news! Both of these will be joining the O2 range in the coming weeks. We’ll share more info about these soon.

A. We expect there to be high demand for the new S10's and recommend customers pre-order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment

A. As upgrades are very much account specific and the details can vary from person to person, we'd recommend checking your My O2 app for upgrade options. You can also get in touch with our upgrade team to discuss – just call 202 and select the appropriate options from our IVR menu.

Q. What if I want to upgrade earlier than my yearly upgrade date?
A. This is possible thanks to the power of O2 Refresh. With O2 Refresh, you can upgrade at any time by simply paying off the remainder of your device plan agreement. You can off-set much or all of this cost by using O2 Recycle to trade-in your existing device.

Pre-order / Availability / Order Info

Q. I pre-ordered at *date/time*, when will I get my new S10?

Happy Samsung Galaxy S10, S10e and S10 Plus launch day, everybody!

First up, the good news is the S10 & S10e are very much still in stock online (all colours) so if you order today before midnight, you'll receive it tomorrow. Some S10 Plus variants are on back order.
 S10e
 S10
 S10 Plus

Slightly bad news was some S10e, S10 & S10 Plus pre-order customers may have received an email or SMS recently saying their order was out of stock and it'd take a little longer to fulfil. These were sent in error which we apologise about, and we're working to make sure it doesn't happen again. If you received this, we do hope you've already received your shiny new phone, or it's on the way to you for today.

I've just spoken to customer services and they told me this post was a mistake and Prism white are still out of stock, she told me she didn't know when I would get it, dunno what's going on today with O2. Maybe C hris K can enlighten us all, do we cancel our previous order and order online for us who placed the pre-order with customer services and not online?.

That sounds good in theory @Chris_K  though people are receiving theirs with no notification @Varcarus  (as he ordered a tablet at the same time) And others are still waiting..:smileysad:

I've only followed a couple on here @Glory1  and @mieinhull1969  and there is no sign of theirs?

Just to clarify my earlier post, all S10 and S10e variants are currently in stock so for anyone who pre-ordered these, they'll be arriving from today. For the S10 Plus, your delivery date will have been reflected during your order journey - so if you pre-ordered when it showed delivery from today, then it should arrive from today. If during your pre-order it stated up to 1 week delivery, then that's what our aim will be.

Some customers received an sms/email yesterday saying their order would be further delayed - that's not the case. It does mean, however, your existing timescale is still in place - so if that was up to 1 week when you pre-ordered, then that 1 week period will still be the case.

PS. Updated my previous reply to add some clarity, as I can see how it could cause some confusion - my apolpogies.

It still doesn't help the customers who haven't received theirs Chris, why am I being told one thing by customer services and another by you. If it does come today I'll apologise but I can't see it coming.

If it was an S10 Plus you pre-ordered, then your delivery should be made within the timescales that were originally quoted to you at the time of ordering. If that showed as 'Up to 1 week' for instance, then we expect it to arrive sometime within the next week. If you got the erroneous text/email from us yesterday mentioning about further delays - ignore this, your order would still be up to 1 week in this instance.

If you pre-ordered your S10 Plus while it stated delivery from today, 8 March, then I'm afraid I have no real answer for you. I'll send you a DM to see if I can double check things however.
