Your better off phoning or cancel the online order and go into an O2 store where you can walk out with the tablet if it's in stock (phone the store first if it's some distance away).

I'm in the exact same boat as you. Ordered on the 21st. Live chat lie and give me dates it will be sent on 3 occasions. Called up three times, been hung up on twice. Yet they still have the cheek to say it will be delivered "within 5 days". It is the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

I'd suggest doing the same and cancelling your order and pick one up from a store. At least it's in your hands that way.
