Hello

 

I'm dropping this message, as I have some exciting personal news to share 😁

 

I am currently getting ready to welcome my first child into the world, so I'll be taking some extended leave from my current role as O2 Community Manager, but don't worry I will be returning.

 

My last working day will be Friday 28 June (unless he/she decides to come earlier) and I will return to the O2 Community in early October.

 

In my absence, @Kei-M_O2 who is the VMO2 Social Community Lead will be keeping an eye on the day-to-day activity of our Community.  Kei will have other responsibilities across the business, so to set your expectations he will not be able to pick up all tasks during my extended leave.

 

A couple of further points I would like to share are below ↘️

 

  • O2 Rewards – We will still aim to post these monthly and request credits to be added, however worst-case scenario I will catch up any outstanding Rewards on my return.
  • Seasonal content – If you would like any summer content produced, word scrambles, wordsearches, movie discussions etc. This will need to be planned and organised by members.

You haven't missed anything apart from all the usual problems...

.....phone delivery, stock, warehouse issues, esims, customer services, watch errors etc etc etc 😁
