Personal Announcement - Extended Leave

Hello

I'm dropping this message, as I have some exciting personal news to share 😁

I am currently getting ready to welcome my first child into the world, so I'll be taking some extended leave from my current role as O2 Community Manager, but don't worry I will be returning.

My last working day will be Friday 28 June (unless he/she decides to come earlier) and I will return to the O2 Community in early October.

In my absence, @Kei-M_O2 who is the VMO2 Social Community Lead will be keeping an eye on the day-to-day activity of our Community.  Kei will have other responsibilities across the business, so to set your expectations he will not be able to pick up all tasks during my extended leave.

A couple of further points I would like to share are below ↘️

• O2 Rewards – We will still aim to post these monthly and request credits to be added, however worst-case scenario I will catch up any outstanding Rewards on my return.
• Seasonal content – If you would like any summer content produced, word scrambles, wordsearches, movie discussions etc. This will need to be planned and organised by members.

Morning folks 

Just popping in to let you all know I'm back 😎 and now a father to a beautiful baby boy called William born on July 9 weighing 8lbs, 5oz 👶

He is 14 weeks old today and I'm pleased to report he is a very good boy, already sleeping through until 7 am 🎉

We enjoyed my time off with day trips to Windamere, Lytham, and Harrogate, but now it's time to get back into a work/life routine 😊

I'm currently catching up on what's been happening over the last few months, so I'll be working more in the background for now until I'm fully up to date 😁

Hope everyone is well and  you all didn't miss me too much 😂

Nice to know all is well and you enjoyed your time as an extended family.

All should be well till the 'Terrible two's' kick in. But it will then be quieter until the teenage years! 🤣
