Throughout December, millions of Pay Monthly mobile customers can enjoy an additional 10GB data to help them stay connected this Christmas – simply for being on O2

To spread some cheer and help data-hungry customers stay connected this festive season, O2 is gifting 10GB data throughout December to millions of customers at no extra cost. The 10GB will automatically be applied to eligible customers’ monthly allowance, appearing on their account in December and in their MyO2 app.
The 10GB data gift – perfect for video calling family, streaming festive films and gaming with friends – will automatically be applied to eligible customers’ December data allowance at no extra charge, meaning they can stream festive films, video call loved ones and stay connected in the moments that matter.

Why aren’t Unlimited data customers included?
Can I use the 10GB while roaming in the EU?
You can only use the gift in the UK. Your regular allowances are still available in the EU, subject to fair usage rules.
What should I do if the 10GB doesn’t show on my account?
If you’ve had a confirmation text but can’t see the boost, restart your phone. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll sort it.
I've just joined O2. Is this data gift available to me?

I got the text last week and thought "brilliant!" and have been using more data than usual thinking it would be covered but no, today I get a text saying I've used 80% of my allowance. Checked on my account and no 10GB gift in sight. Trying to get in touch with customer service but am only able to chat to bots... Any suggestions or am I just one of the unlucky ones who doesn't get the promised gift..?

It gets added at your December bill, so if you don't have your bill yet, you ain't got it until then.
