Throughout December, millions of Pay Monthly mobile customers can enjoy an additional 10GB data to help them stay connected this Christmas – simply for being on O2

To spread some cheer and help data-hungry customers stay connected this festive season, O2 is gifting 10GB data throughout December to millions of customers at no extra cost. The 10GB will automatically be applied to eligible customers’ monthly allowance, appearing on their account in December and in their MyO2 app.
The 10GB data gift – perfect for video calling family, streaming festive films and gaming with friends – will automatically be applied to eligible customers’ December data allowance at no extra charge, meaning they can stream festive films, video call loved ones and stay connected in the moments that matter.

Why aren’t Unlimited data customers included?
Can I use the 10GB while roaming in the EU?
You can only use the gift in the UK. Your regular allowances are still available in the EU, subject to fair usage rules.
What should I do if the 10GB doesn’t show on my account?
If you’ve had a confirmation text but can’t see the boost, restart your phone. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll sort it.
I've just joined O2. Is this data gift available to me?
The Legal Stuff
*10GB UK data available to all O2 Pay Monthly, Sim Only and Mobile Broadband customers with a data allowance as a one- off gift. Excludes Unlimited and Business Tariffs. No opt in required, data will be provided automatically to eligible customers. Data must be used within the month and cannot be carried over. My December bill hasn't started yet so it won't show until then.
I think this is what o2 mean.

Hi, it's O2. To help you stay connected with friends and family this December, we're gifting you 10GB data - our way of saying thanks for being with us. No need to do anything, we'll automatically apply it to your account from your December bill. It'll stay on your account until your January bill.

My December bill isn't due for another 28 days I will be paying my November bill on the 12 th December still nothing come through as yet
