I have just contacted the Online Chat again this morning to find out why they cancelled my order.

I was informed this was done by their Voice Support yesterday.

I have never used their Voice Support just their Online Chat and was definitely not onto them yesterday.

They just said they can't do anything and I would need to place a new order .. going to the back of the long queue again.

Unbelievable bad service.. think its time I left O2 after more than 30 years with them.

Well, after over 30 years with O2 I am leaving because of this.

I am moving to Sky .. more Data for less than half the cost.

I have ordered the phone directly from Samsung.. its being delivered 24th of September.

Just had a delivery notification from Samsung, my Zfold3 is being delivered a week early on the 17th instead of the 24th originally thought.

If Samsung can do it why can't O2? Instead of them cancelling orders with no reason and telling their customers.

You need to remove the “ delivery time up to one week” from your website.  This is false advertising and just plain wrong.  I ordered my GF3 on august 31 and there’s no sign of it.   Give people real delivery times and don’t lie !

I ordered mine on 28/01/2022 paid for expedited delivery (next working day apparently), said in stock (still showing as in stock) found out yesterday (01/02/2022) its out of stock, O2 have no idea when re-stock is due... they were happy to take my money. So bad... should just be honest if you have an item, not just keep customers waiting indefinitely.
