O2 takes home 3 awards at 2019 Mobile Industry Awards

Great news to share today guys... O2 was last night named the Best Business Network at the 2019 Mobile Industry Awards on a winning evening that also saw us win Best Recycling Service and Best Repair Service.

The key award for Best Business Network wins joins O2’s other 2019 network accolades including uSwitch’s award for Best Network Coverage (for the second year running) and Mobile News’ award for Best Network Performance.

Gareth Turpin, Sales Director at O2 said: “It is great to see recognition for our network going from strength-to-strength. Being acknowledged as the best network for UK businesses adds to our collection of 2019 network awards from uSwitch and Mobile News and recognises the dedication and hard work of all my colleagues at O2 that strive to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.”

The Mobile Industry Awards, now in their 17^th year, recognise the work and services of networks, manufacturers, retailers, distributors and dealers in over 20 different award categories.

But. 

Best Recycling Service? Possibly the only one operated by one of the MNOs in the UK, so the best by default? I guess these guys looked at the value to O2, not the value to the customer...?
