What is the Carbon Trust Standard?
The Carbon Trust Standard is an independent certification which recognises organisations that successfully measure, manage and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions throughout their supply chain, demonstrating leadership in their industry by making real progress year-on-year.
We’ve achieved this by:
- Assessing the size of O2’s supply chain emissions.
- Identifying the major sources of emissions and engaging with the relevant supplier to ensure challenging carbon reduction commitments are agreed and delivered.
- Working with suppliers to ensure we are buying the most efficient network technologies.
