Re: O2 Network Issues - 6th December 2018

Wondered when complainers were going to recognise the immense help/guidance  that o2 "high level helpers - out of their generosity and goodwill"  give to fellow o2 customers   @Betablue

No point texting over WhatsApp though if the person I'm texting doesn't have WhatsApp though right? :-/

@jonsie @Anonymous (and you and cleo and mi5) are my all time favourites and I'm the least flaming and least aggressive person you'd meet (I hope so anyway). All a misunderstanding and I'll be more careful not to offend in future.

Re: O2 Network Issues - 6th December 2018

I just think most people realise how complex most technology is and how its not easy to just bring services back on line...

People just need to get on with life, take the advice being offered and carry on...

Current Phone: Galaxy Fold - o2 5G
I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

So right @jonsie and completely worrying ~ I would never have believed it.

Helpless souls unable to contact, unable to drive because can't get road updates.

Wow ~ I am going to join Martin-o2 on Mars. Wasn't for it much but at least it

may still have the pioneering spirit there.

Re: O2 Network Issues - 6th December 2018

Tell me why anyone on here should answer anyone..
Please,
It seems kudos are rushed out like candy to anyone "OUTRAGED!!!" as well as those "DEMANDING COMPENSATION!!!"
Yet those helping ... Not a damn thing.
Enjoy your outage, enjoy patting each other on the back for being the biggest compo claimer.
As for me, I'm out.

Maybe give thanks to the regulars who don't get paid anything to suffer your impatience.

People managed before Mobile Phones.

Maps and road signs - for Directions
Land lines - to make calls and access the internet

Its all just bit Namby Pamby in my view
