Hi everyone,

It's time for the monthly rewards again!

The community rewards are for members who have been extra helpful in the O2 community and helped keep it a fun place to be.

Then you will get this screen. The part I've highlighted is where it's shown..

I've heard differently

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

My rewards are credited separately from my monthly bills. I receive a stand-alone 'bill' marked adjustments with the credit.

I've never received a reward on my actual monthly bill. For some reason I'm just a bit different. Don't know why but no complaints. 😊
