Might be an idea to PM Toby again, and also to call CS regarding your account if it's not reading as it should. That may be why your reward hasn't been credited.

Last time I spoke to O2 about a different issue (a few weeks ago) they confirmed I have a PAYG account.

It's been about 8 years since I was on pay monthly so it should have updated by now lol.

I have sent Toby a PM so hopefully it can be dealt with.
