Bob is on PAYG and was credited.

I am on contract, yet still waiting for my November reward, tho the December one was credited nearly straight away.

If the reward won't show up by your anniversary date, contact Toby but be prepared you might have to wait a while LOL

I am on contract and Toby has advised me that my reward should be on my next bill.

Given I was not expecting anything like it I am not stressed by it. It will arrive when it is ready.

Toby has said that the reward should be credited tomorrow (Monday), but as piperdog123 says, I'm not stressing - it's not urgent - it's a reward so it'll come when it comes 🙂
