@garetc The specs say dual nano sim.  No eSim support from the looks of it.

Thanks @Spenny - saw one in the O2 shop earlier today, phone looks well built but a shame it lacks eSIM and an 8 Gen 1 but then the prices is reflective of that.

o2 tech specs say yes to VoWifi and VoLTE.. 

Nothing.tech says nothing, but to be honest the website is garbage

It's not on O2's approved list yet so it may or may not work, however, if it doesn't, you wont get any support from O2.

Is it possible to buy the Nothing (1) without a contract and just buy it sim free from and o2 store, or does it have to be on Contract?? 

 

Just asking for a friend??

Hey there. Right now the Nothing Phone (1) on O2 is only available via Pay Monthly - but with our custom plans you have total freedom and you can choose a contract length from just 3 months up to 36 months. 

 

I've no insights as to if/when it'll be available on Pay As You Go so if your friend is completely against the notion of a contract, then his only option will be trying to secure one from Nothing directly - but as you can imagine, this is a highly sought after device so it could take some time for it to come back into stock.
