Your contract will not change, so any of the conditions on your contract will still apply. When I receive more details I shall let you know.

You will be given all the information when it's available:
"We expect the deal to be finalised soon, subject to Regulatory Approval and certain other conditions. We will then be moving your home broadband and (if you have O2 home phone) your landline to Sky, but this won't happen until later this year.
You'll get plenty of notice when it is time for your service to be switched over."
