Hi everyone,
I'm sure you've noticed if you've visited before, that our forum is looking a bit different today. We've been working hard for the past several months on making changes to the community homepage, and finally went live with the new version this morning!
We have been listening to your feedback from our discussions around what you like or don’t like on the homepage, passing it on to the designers and developers, along with ideas that you’ve come up with, and tried to get as much as possible included. A BIG thank you to everyone who have provided your views over the years.
The update has brought several changes to the layout and to the different features of the page:

We know that big changes can be annoying and even stressful to users if the old layout has been there for long (we had the previous look since 2014!!), and some of the abovementioned elements are both new and different from what we've had before. Now that the changes are live, we will be testing and monitoring over time to see how the page performs.
We'd love to hear your feedback:
We'd love to hear what you think of this new change. Do you like the design and feel of the homepage and its new sections? Do you think it's an improvement to the old design? What is your initial feeling around navigating the forum, finding and replying to topics, etc?
Also, since we've just gone live today, don't hesitate to alert us if you see something that's not quite right. We've done a lot of testing but there can always be some lingering bugs or issues that we might have missed.
Your continued feedback will be much appreciated as always to help us plan for future improvements.
Cheers,
The Community Team

@EmilieT I've just noticed something odd about my signature and checked what I put in settings. In settings it reads "currently using Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus" but when I post for some reason "Galaxy" has been cut out so it reads "cureently using Samsung S10 Plus".
Surely it can't be a problem on the number of words in my signature as other members have far longer signatures than mine. Not a major issue, I appreciate, but I am curious as to why a word has been cut out.

Your mobile sig says "Samsung Galaxy" but your full sig has it missing.

@MI5 @Glory1 I just checked on my phone and in both mobile and full view the signature isn't cut - is this browser specific again, or can you post a screenshot/more info so I can look into it? Also have you seen this in anyone else's signature or is this only for yours @Glory1?
Sorry for all the questions, I just wanna get a good grasp on where the error is occuring

@EmilieT thanks to @MI5 I immediately realised what the problem was. It was my own fault. I left "Galaxy" out of my full signature though I have it in my mobile signature.
I rectified my 'mistake' and the signatures should now match. What can I say, silly oversight on my part, which @MI5's sharp eyes spotted.

Now I'm getting something really weird happening when I enter the forum through an email notification. It starts off with current posts from 21st May and then I'm suddenly reading posts from March and April. It does it for every post I read. It's driving me nuts.
Is it the forum or is it my browser? I'm using the same browser I always use, and until today I've had no problems.
I've cleared the cache, restarted my phone several times but it keeps happening. Is it me, or is there a new problem on the forum?
