Hi all,

First of all, welcome to the community! If you want to get help, please post a new thread in the devices or products & services forums. However, if you would like to introduce yourself, this thread is the perfect place for it. I'll kick it off, just to get the ball rolling.

So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are slight_smile

If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Hope to speak soon!

Leonard

Hi Michelle

Welcome to the O2 community.

I think the best way to get to know your handset is to book a guru session at your local O2 store or as much as I shouldn't suggest, try carphonewearhouse

The best way would be to ask specific questions in the android section and we'll see what we can do wink

Hi , i have been on the o2 network since BT Cellnet and my first phone was a Phillips.

I now am the proud owner of a Samsung Galaxy S3 and am learning how to use it.

Thanks to Leonard i have set some settings that flummoxed me.

I remember them

U could buy one for £100 and u could keep resetting for free credit.

Of course I would never have done that!!! LoL

I remember that scam well. O2 did cotton on just barred all the suspected phones (the innocent and the guilty!)

Hi Steve, I did the same. O2 effectively stole £720 from my account and I can't get it back. Been listening to rubbish music for 20 mins now for example.
