Hi all,

 

First of all, welcome to the community! If you want to get help, please post a new thread in the devices or products & services forums. However, if you would like to introduce yourself, this thread is the perfect place for it. I'll kick it off, just to get the ball rolling. 

 

So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are slight_smile

I know NOW I looked it up.

as an o2 customer, surely I should have been informed. Especially as they tried to sell me broadband the other day.

Most things like this are usually reported on the cnet uk page. I think its bad, that its customers werent informed.

Everybody had an email and text messages sent out when it was announced in February and further ones on the 1st May to say all customers now belong to Sky.

It's been all over the forums with complaints I presumed it was well documented. To be fair I hadn't seen much if any news coverage of it.

Due to lack of wifi, I have been tight with my data use.

But I've definitely not had any emails texts... nothing! But this is o2, so lack of info doesnt surprise me. LoL
