Hi all,

 

I'd like to welcome one and all to the O2 Community! Its a great place to get advice, post your feedback and talk about your ideas for the network. If you have a question that you need some advice on, head over to the devices section or the other products and services section. You can also get rewarded for helping others as well chat about anything you like in the off-topic section.

 

I'm Toby, the community coordinator of the forum. I also work with Marjo who is the head of community and Marina who is also a community coordinator like me. I've been working on the community since August 2012. It's been great so far and I look forward to hearing from many more of you slight_smile

 

If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

ordered an ipad mini 4 on dec 2016 and all went through ok only to get an email that night to say out of stock, so i phoned the next day and was told id have to wait upto 4 weeks!!! so i waited for 3 weeks and decided to contact 02 to find out the status and was told lie upon lie upon lie upon lie from about 15 different agents so the last lie i got told is that my item will be delivered today the 20/1/17 by 12pm and guess what no device so phoned them up again and the person said i dont know who told you that it would be delivered today as its still out of stock and we have no date of when it will be. what an absolute bunch of useless liars. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Online sales are always the same.
We never recommend buying online - always in store where you can see the item before purchasing.

A sad but but very frequent story. No one should buy online, money gone and wait weeks, if not months for delivery. Instore or an independent retailer is what we always advise. Try cancelling and getting your money refunded...yeah, good luck with that. I do wish people would join the community before ordering and not after the fact slight_frown
