Hey there everyone,

I know our community members love a bit of tablet talk now and then, and always rub their hands together with new tablet news, so I've got one here you might be interested in. I know, I know - looks like an HTC One from the front, and an iPhone from the back, right? I must admit, I really am a big fan of how it looks - how about you?

I have read a lot about this model but personal choice (and eyesight) would lead me to the Huawei

You need to push the ability for it to work as a phone for calls & texts too as it's not really all that well explained in the product description and why is it not available with a calling plan ?

Also, there is an error on the "pick a tariff" page as it states "1 You've picked a 3G phone – all of our tariffs come with 3G as standard.Choose one of our 4G ready phones to get 4G speeds when available."

So the maths is good if you pay nil up front the price for the mediapad is £168.00 instead of £219.99 and the airtime is the same (on 8gb plan).

So buy it on the £7 a month device plan pay it early and save £51.99 so if you have the money in the bank for outright purchase save it fora month and pay it off early.

Personally I would rather have the Galaxy Tab 3 8 inch for £139.99 currently in some stores

But you can't make a phone call or text on the Tab which as a USP for this device (in it's category) seems strange it's not being promoted by O2......?
