Hello everyone, happy Friday!

How has this year gone by so fast? open_mouth

2018 is almost here so we wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you, from everyone in the Community Team, for all your help and support over the past year. We have very much enjoyed being here on the forum with you all and are looking forward to it in 2018 too. smiling

There is nothing inherently wrong with hoodies.  I just don't want to wear one thanks.  I think it is the untidiness when the hood is down.  My anorak has a hood, but it rolls up and clips into the collar so it looks neat. I've scarves, snoods, hats and caps, so no problem keeping warm, and they come off and go into the rucksack when necessary.

Hi Everyone,

A Very Happy New Year to all. May all your wishes come true in 2018. In Scotland we will be celebrating the Auld New Year (Original New Year) on 12th January 2018 (celebrations at midnight tonight!!!). 

I was very impressed by the way The Community welcomes new members and the assistance given when a problem is aired. It's nice to be able to share information and help each other.

As a Newbie, I would love an O2 hoodie and I am  a "Medium".

For me, the best thing about being part of O2 community is knowing that, when you have a niggling issue, you can post it (problem shared...) and people are always so quick to answer and help you out. Its like a little O2 family. There is never any negative comments, just helpful ones. Also, no matter what your issue is, someone else has already experienced it and solved it. If that isn’t enough, you have O2 professionals on hand to help too. Its reassuring to know that these people are always there at the click of a button 😊.

What I like about the o2 community. I’ve only been here a short time and I’ve posted a problem I’m having with iTunes and lots of people have added to the thread. MercedesS and MI5 have been helpful with their suggestions along with other people. You have welcomed me with open arms and even when I don’t understand something you always try to explain. Text I sometimes get confused with as I have autism and learning disability. I’m not sure what you mean by o2 hoodie. Do you mean the zip up jumper with the hood on or is it a bit of o2 tech.

we all support each other and customers with the problems they face. make sure people get help first support them with any issue. we alway step away, i alway online happy to help.if that a account issue ask the customers to ring o2

@maryofdungloeThe hoodie is a thick sweatshirt, with a hood on....(it's also got the O2 logo on). It's great for winter wear, very warm and cosy...:smileywink:
