HTC A9 - Coming soon!

Hey all,

It was announced by HTC a few weeks ago and it'll be available to order with O2 very soon, so eyes peeled here > https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/phones/htc/one-a9/



As you can see, it's very pretty (or if you're macho, let's just call it sleek!) and retains some premium design cues from other HTC handsets such as a metal design! To match the looks, there's a toughened glass screen to protect from scratches as well as a toughened glass lens to protect the main camera.

We all know the iPhone copied the designs of htc one..

Agreed - it's not quite a case of "what came first, the chicken or the egg?" but unfortunately comparisons will always exist. The HTC A9 is a gorgeous looking handset in its own right, have tweaked post to reflect that

Besides this HTC, what other handsets do you guys consider as 'beautiful'? And what makes a phone beautiful to you?

Innovative designs..
Something more than a slab.

Which is exactly why I think the ball has been dropped by networks in relation to blackberry priv.
Outstanding device tbh, and I just think it would have been better to see it showcased with networks, unless of course someone can point out an alternative Android high spec slider with curved screen?

I've become a confirmed Nexus lover. At the moment I have the Nexus 5 and can't decide between the 5x or the 6p. This new HTC phone doesn't seem like it can compete with either of those phones.
