Hey guys,
It's been a crazy month with all the politics and wet weather we've been having but there's one thing you can rely on to put a smile back on your face, the community rewards!
For those not in the know each month we like to reward members who have made an extra effort in the O2 community with discounts for their Pay as you Go or Pay monthly accounts.
We also ask you, the community to nominate a post or topic that you you felt made an awesome contribution to the community. This months nomination winner was @Anonymous's brilliant review of the Microsoft Lumia 550!
The remaining rewarded members are listed below. If your on the list please send me a private message with the O2 number you'd like credited.
Gold - £20 Credit/Monthly Discount
@Anonymous - Nomination winner!
Silver - £10 Credit:smileywink:/Monthly Discount

Can I just ask, and excuse the bluntness, what has happened to the Gold £50 award? Has something changed? Has the budget been cut? Has the enigma that is the formula changed? Just a query as people who have got more posts and solutions seem to be overtaken by posters who have only contributed to one thread with no solution possible, being rewarded for complaining
Who exactly makes the awards, is it by a committee of the admin or is there indeed a formula? As it stands I, and others, can make no sense or fairness in these decisions.
Please don't delete as this is a serious question. Either stick to solutions and meaningful posts or just stop rewards for the occasional hi and whistle in off topic threads.
PM if necessary but the regular contributors who give up vast amounts of time and knowledge are left shaking their heads......

The last couple of months have left me totally baffled. There is no formulae that could possibly make sense to a befuddled contributor in Thailand. I have to justify my time on here with someone who doesn't understand why I am always on the community. I'm finding it hard to justify it myself. If there have been changes I think it only fair that we are told.

Whilst I am always grateful for 'what I receive'. I have asked this question previously about the platinum reward of £50. At the time I was told 'there were not enough points scored' (by the person I was referring to...and it's no secret I meant @MI5) I wasn't satisfied with that comment if honest.
