Hi everyone,


Autumn and the chillier weather that comes along with it are already upon us so let's mellow ourselves up a little bit with a new community rewards post!


Every month we reward members who have been extra helpful in the O2 community, those who took their time to participate on the community and that helped keeping it a fun place to be. 

 

And as we appreciate your contributions to the community, we would like to credit your next bill or PAYG balance.


Below there’s a list with all rewarded members (it continues on my next reply). If you're on the list, please click my name above and send me a private message with the mobile number you'd like credited, and I'll let you know your reward.

@RafaC  First and foremost, I sincerely owe you an apology. Please, kindly accept my sincere apology @RafaC. I should never let a negative experience marr any potential future relationship and opportunity. It is just that, the experience came when I was already very low in spirit and alertness. It shook me to the very core. I have no excuse and can only say sorry for casting a suspicious aura upon your kindness.

Click on Rafa's username (the blue bit).

On the next page click send a message.

It will ask for a subject (Community reward) and a message (put your phone number and type - either pay monthly or pay as you go) and hit send.

Rafa will add your number to the list he gives to customer services, and they will credit your account.

If you are pay monthly, you can see this under recent charges (until your next bill is generated).

Help finding that screen - Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? 

Any other questions or issues then let us know!

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Wow! I’ve just been made an “Apprentice”. I’ve gone a step upward 🤭. I’m glad with this. I can now understand what @RafaC  meant about “pm” and can now PM @RafaC  or anyone.  Watch out dear darling O2 community of friends, I’ve got a very itchy finger and love pming 🤭🤣
