Hi everyone!

 

I hope you're enjoying the beginning of April and the lovely spring weather we are having (at least over here it's been quite lovely in the past couple of weeks)! ☀️ 🌱☀️ 🌱☀️ 🌱☀️

We have many members each month asking and answering questions on all things related to O2 and mobile, and generally keeping the community a fun place to be. It should be visible on the next bill date if you're on Pay Monthly.

 

Just read your update above about your bill being generated today @Cleoriff  - so you've JUST missed it from this bill I'm afraid as they have applied the rewards a few hours ago today. It should be in the next one. slight_smile

So basically they forgot until you reminded them?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for the update @Marjo now let's see if Business has applied my reward. My bill's not due for payment till next Monday, so there's still time I suppose.
