Hi @LukasB, just got my o2 bill yesterday, but no sign of a reward payment on it for July - are you able to check if it went through, please?

Hey @pgn sorry about that- running behind. It was a busy month and as it was my first time doing the rewards I think I missed the cut off date for some. So it will come with your next bill. Sorry about that.

Sorry for the wait, it's been a busy month as @LukasB mentioned above. The July rewards should be all added now. Pay Monthly customers: if not appearing on your account yet, see if it appears in your next bill in case it was added after your bill was generated. Drop us a PM though if you still have any concerns and we'll look into it separately to make sure everything is fine.

We're preparing the August rewards shortly so if you engaged with us here on the community during August and reached any of the Rewards tiers, then see you in the August rewards topic soon when we get everything organised.

There is a credit under recent charges, so guessing that is the July reward.
