Hi all! How is your week going?

 

It is again time for the monthly Community Rewards!  smiley

Each month we like to recognise and say thank you to those many people who contribute on our community by asking and answering questions and participating in discussions on all things related to O2 and mobile, and just generally keeping the community a fun place to be. 

So a big thank you to all of you who have contributed; we would like to reward you with some credit towards your next bill or Pay as You Go balance. thumbsup

Never noticed this before but I can now see the reward on my account (under recent charges).
Has there been a change to the o2 billing system or have I always missed this?

I'm not sure because that's where I've always checked for it. @Marjo?

Regarding the question above, no changes to the process to report. But as you've done before if there's any doubts about your reward and whether it's been applied or not please do give us a shout and we'll chase it for you. slight_smile
