Summer might be officially over 😢, but we can reminisce with another set of O2 Community Rewards for August (nothing to do with the fact I mislabelled last month's rewards...).

Every month we reward our most helpful members and those who have contributed to making the community a fun place to be with either a credit on your bill or PAYG balance.

There are three different rewards  Gold (£20), Silver (£10), and Bronze (£5) up for grabs depending on your contribution.

Is that the thing that interferes with copy-paste of text, picture and emoji in the PM system, @Kei-M_O2?

Having to revert to paste-as-plain-text to get around the issue that once a PM has been flagged on Reply as having formatting in there, all chances of sending it as a PM are gone, cancel, wait and start again...

The Forum proper is just as fussy, but tells you to check all is good after it adjusted the paragraph, it continues on 2nd press of "Post reply" to actually post it.

PM system starts complaining you are sending too many messages in a short space of time and firmly refuses any attempt to press the Reply button. 😤

And then:

Proper pain in the proverbials...

This one is a different system. HTML is locked down as a default, I vaguely remember discussing iframes is particular being used unscrupulously.
