HI All,

 

Great to see the forum update, but , am i missing the main page and where i can search through different areas, there are links simialr to what used to be on the main page in the first post of this thread, so do i have to keep coming back to this message to navigate to where i want to go?

Just had a new S20 and put the new SIM in and left it 2 hours but still says the SIM is not provisioned, What does this mean?

It means that the sim is not active, if it was an upgrade then use the sim from your old phone if it is a new contract then you need to call customer services to activate the sim.
