Anonymous

Hey Guys,

We’d like to introduce you guys to the our new pay and go tariff- Big Bundles!

Here’s what you get for each Big Bundle:

• £10 Big Bundle: 100 minutes, 1000 texts and 500MB 3G data

• £15 Big Bundle: 200 minutes, 2000 texts and 1GB 3G or 4G data

• £20 Big Bundle: 400 minutes, 4000 texts and 2GB 3G or 4G data

If you’re looking at changing to big bundles, it’s pretty simple- new customers go here www.o2.co.uk/freesim and current pay and go customer text BIG10, BIG15 or BIG20 to 21300

We want to know what you think of these new tariffs so here’s a link-

Do let us know what you guys think!

Hi @Anonymous

I changed this morning from O2 pay as you go go go 4G to the £20 Big Bundle.

This took affect within an hour or so.

I've asked for so long to have a 2Gb data bundle in a Payg Tariff I'm really happy it's happened. slight_smile

I started this thread http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Heads-up-Payg-price-changes/td-p/667129/highlight/true/page/2 when I first received the e mail to myself.

I will not be changing from pay and go go go to the new big bundles.

As for my £10 a month I get 150mins. unlimited text and 500MB data.

The new big bundles for the £10 would give me less text and 50 less mins a month.

Hiya,

Big Bundles looks good as I was after more Data.

Though what happens if I top-up below the amount I choose? Say, I top-up only £10 before the Anniversary Date while I chose Big Bundles £15?

Thanks,

Nothing will happen as far as bundles are concerned. You will just use the £10 as credit without any allowances.

Hi @Anonymous

If you just topped up by £10 then you could add a Bolt on which would add more data which is what your after.

I'm in the £20 big bundle for the 2GB of Data. Making sure £20 is on my account will allow my allowances to refresh and the £20 taken. If I had any less then my allowances wouldn't refresh until their was.
