I have been reading these forums over the last week or so, I ordered the iPhone X 256gb Silver Version on 31st October.
I just received a tariff change text but no email. Logged into check whats going on and it My O2 seems to have updated to show my new refresh balance and new tarrif details with my recent order being marked as "Completed". Clicking into the link shows my dispatch date as 21st November, a tracking number is provided.. this is where im not concerned but confused as it’s not recognising the reference on DPD's own webiste. Usually there is a cut-off time for parcels with DPD to reach you next day, so perhaps the fact i recieved the text to confirm everything is completed after 6pm i have missed the cut-off.. Perhaps a Thursday delivery - I would hope that it is recieved tomorrow though..

@Andou01 Wouldn’t worry about that. Same happened with me. O2 account had tracking but nothing on DPD. I got messages in the morning at 10am with a 1hr timeslot. Was bang on time.

@Andou01 Yes. The size is a real issue for me. Very disappointed to be downgrading the size, I also came from 7+ and the difference is VERY obvious. It’s a huge downside for me.

@Chris_K can you please explain why people are receiving there iPhone X 64gb Silver before me. I ordered in store, but people that have ordered after me online have already received the phone ether via click and collect or delivery.
Explanation would be greatly appreciated....

"I placed a separate order as a new customer for a Silver 64GB on 9th November. Just had a text to say it will be delivered today.
So it’s taken 12 days in total. Not an upgrade as it’s a new account."
This was from a few days ago, so its not just the 256 silver being sent out...
