O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

@Chris_KI've got saved chat transcripts of live chat telling me on multiple times that my order was marked as fulfilled and was being sent to me and I would receive my phone in a couple of days when clearly it was still out of stock.
I've put in a complaint twice and have 1 in resolver too.
not all of live chat was as useful as a chocolate fireguard but the few that was appalling deserve to lose their jobs for the lack of common sense to do their job properly.

Either pop in to an o2 store or ring customer service @mrsbaker1 is it for a replacement sim (new payg or contract) or a different size sim ?

@adamtemp64 . I’m giving my 7+ to my daughter. Phone is paid off but want a new sim and a monthly sim only deal.

Just ring o2 or pop in store (if you want it on your account ) unless you want another network !

I’ve tried to do it online through my account but it says to add it to my existing contract. Is this correct?
I wont be leaving O2. No point, all companies have the same issues.

@mrsbaker1 Just order a new sim only monthly sim online and use you account detail (not an upgrade etc ) Ordering a new sim only 30 day will add that cost to your monthly bill or ring 202 and sort it out . Either way you should receive a new number and SIM card .

As long as a New number is ordered as an extra to your account
