O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

Doesn't seem like they are even on the 9am onwards pre-orders from 27th...

I'm sincerely doubting mine with O2 (9:32am 27.10) will arrive prior to the one I've ordered from Apple today, which I already have a delivery date of 1st-7th Dec.

So My O2 has now updated with tracking details etc. For comfort, for those who also pre-ordered, the refresh upgrade date is showing as:

11 months

until you can upgrade on us

Wait until 27 October 2018 to take up this tariff's exclusive offer. We'll pay off the remainder of your contract when you trade in your device, so you can choose a brand new one.

Hey guys just to let you all know I eventually received my phone yesterday!! Ordered on 27/10/17 8:24am 64gb space grey. I did open up a case with resolver but I’m not sure if this made any difference. Hope you all get your phones soon! Looks like it’s the 256gb they are having the longest lead times with.

Looks like I’m getting my space grey 64gb iPhone X tomorrow as well my plan has just updated and is showing for delivery at click and collect for tomorrow. looks like they are finally clearing the backlog good luck to the rest of you waiting. Also if you have been promised a date by chat make sure you put a complaint in through resolver as I got £50 out of them as they could see that live chat had been plucking dates out of thin air and they actually knew there was no stock so should have said it will be the date on your confirmation email but might come early. I ordered on 29/10 @ 16:04
