O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

Just spoke to o2 complaints they have up held my complaint and offered £50 goodwill credit, I was told the iPhone X 64GB is in stock. But as my account say “future dispatch” I have to wait until 2nd December. I asked about my friend at work getting his before me she said she was unable to comment.

Oh she also told me not to believe anything I read in the furom as people do give out miss information. I asked if o2 monitor or police the furom her response was no o2 don’t monitor the forums!

@Huntress I know it not true as I have seen o2 employees responding to posts. But that’s what she told me.

Like lharris85 I was also told by CS, when I queried forums posts about receiving phones ahead of others with earlier order confirmations, that in effect those people are lying!!

I believe O2 do monitor the forum, as they deleted a screenshot I posted of a live chat. However they clearly don’t care enough to actually respond here.

Hi. Well I received mine yesterday and love it. I really do hope you all receive yours soon. My Friend who ordered at 7pm on 27th is receiving hers tomorrow so they are definitely getting through them
