O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

I was told the 20th November the first time that I contacted LC.

I've only queried once since then, just as an idea if I'd been lied to the first time, and as previously stated, the second person i spoke too, seemed to be put out that someone had said that.

So my guess is some people have been saying stuff just to get the customers off the phone or off the LC.

The frustration with everything comes from the misinformation given. I think if they'd been told, just tell everyone you're looking at mid december unless it comes sooner, there would probably be 115 less posts on here right now!

Apple official website says delivery 2-3 weeks. I'd assume they would be the most accurate out of all the places selling them!

Mine got delivered today - 2 weeks earlier than my predicted date given in my email so pretty chuffed. 

I ordered a Silver 256GB iPhone X on the 27th at 12.45pm - for click and collect into store. (Yearly upgrade)

@Anonymous I’d only be annoyed if the ones that complained got their phones when they ordered after me. Up to now the people that ordered 27th appear to be getting their phones wether they’ve complained or not.

O2 needs complaining to due to their lack of honesty and Apple. Apple is the company that has severely let the companies down and it’s those companies that are paying the price.

Received mine last Friday 10/11 after several complaints. 256GB SG ordered 27/10, confirmed email received at 8:40am.
