Guys. Again. It's useless posting when you received your confirm without posting which model you ordered.

That wasn’t what we were posting about, besides we don’t have to be told what we should be posting and if it has any point or not.
Some of us received an ‘apology’ text message, so there is a point thanks.
No need to be posting what model every single time we comment 🤷🏼♀️

I am glad that you stayed with O2. Honestly I like O2 due to the stability of their network and the Refresh deal. Honestly, not many mobile providers will voluntarily admit publically that they are having an issue with their network and they apologise for it without being pressured to do so.
One example that I would like to draw a comparison is the 3UK network. I have a back up SIM with 3UK and they need to emulate O2 UK. This is becuase I have been promised that they (3UK) have enabled VoLTE on my device. I should have VoLTE when I make a direct call to a landline or a mobile phone whenever I have 4G service. When I call their customer service, they tried to blame it on me as a person who does not know anything about VoLTE. They claimed that VoLTE will only work if I am using Whatsapp, Skype or other similar apps. I then explained to them that their VoLTE will only work on the 3UK's network if it is connected to the Band 20 frequency! Most of the 4G signal that I have received is running on the Band 3 frequency. Hence, I can't make VoLTE calls to anyone. It has nothing to do with using Apps like Whatsapp or Skype. The 3UK customer service does not believe me. I am finding it very strange. It has been tested that their VoLTE or "Super Voice" will only run on the Band 20 frequency!
My question here is whether I am right to say that VoLTE will only work on the Band 20 frequency for 3UK on an iphone 8 plus? If I am wrong, I will put my hands up and admit that I am wrong here.

VoLTE = Voice Over Long Term Evolution
It means that you are using 4G signal to make or receive a direct call instead of 3G signal.
Please correct me if I am wrong. I will comply.
