O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

ignore live chat or the fact you havent got a text or email just check your my o2 page (from a pc, mobile version doesnt show orders) and check for a tracking number.

I havent had a text or email to suggest it has been dispatched but it will be here within the hour

I'm not getting it today. Calle to the store and I've been told I'm getting it around 17/11/2017 but can call back 10/11/2017 to find out wether they received it or not.

Got my confirmation for 1:30-2:30pm delivery.

My previous experience with DPD suggests they notify before 11am on the day of delivery.

If you’ve not had a notification before then, it’s unlikely to arrive today.

Happy I’m getting mine but feel bad for others who ordered at a similar time. O2’s communication has been very poor. I’m lucky I work from home and can accept delivery

Happy to say my X will be with me between 1-2pm slight_smile

 

For me personally the process has been smooth but I do get peoples frustration... However, we will all have it eventually slight_smile
