Why are places like Vodafone and Carphone warehouse saying the 256gb space grey will be delivered in two weeks but o2 is 6+ Weeks? Shambles

It may well be their job but I certainly wouldn’t like to be asked the same question throughout my shift. My mates just got an email and his text and guess what, he ordered the 256gb space gray around lunchtime on preorder day. Nothing makes any sense, I’m just going to wait it out now.

It must still be awful, everyone contacting them before their order is even late lol. She was extremely polite and patient but after realising they would be inundated with people desperately wanting their phone tomorrow I won’t be ringing again.
I’m gutted i didn’t order on the first day now, I’d love to be in with the excitement of a potential delivery tomorrow.
They have the patience of saints 🙊
Hope you all update when they arrive 👏🏼🙏🏼

I ordered a 256gb Silver Click and Collect (as I am upgrading) at 8.30am on first day, and my account is showing a DPD number, but no idea what this means for click and collect.  My initial email said 'by 17th Nov' but could it possibly be I may get it sooner...?

After been told “6 weeks” numerous times when I phoned up o2 and even the online chat person, I thought I’d give it one more go to o2 chat I started the message saying my friends had pre ordered and had been told a date and I felt it was unfair and just wanted to find out a rough idea when I’d be coming, she said I’ll be dispatched tomorrow and should get it 4th November, so keep trying guys and girls 👍 I was told 6 weeks atleast 5 times and now I’ve got an accurate date eventually and I ordered mine on 27th October at 7:59 so there’s hope lol
