I ordered via a sales representative (calling 2020).
The 02 Rep quoted delivery on 03/11 so 02 have kept their word so far and haven’t conned me in to preordering with zero stock.
I was dubious at his estimate because on the website it stated “more than 6 weeks” for the 256GB space gray but I’m glad I kept my preorder.

UK Mail Tracking number has just gone live and text from 02 confirming delivery tomorrow.
Your story contradicts everyone elses - you must be lucky!
Maybe they prioritised some phone orders over online.

People waiting for text/email on click and collect orders, its all down to your individual store and the way the manager there organises the store. If you have a DPD tracking number in Myo2 your stock will be with the store for tomorrow, however you won't get a notification until the store themselves process your unit into their stock, some stores are already doing this (hence people already getting notifications), some stores don't allocate their stock until after store close tonight, some will do it on the day. If you don't have a text by 8am tomorrow don't worry, just head to store and they'll likely be able to allocate you a unit from their stores and hand it right over.
