O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

Just spoke to o2 on the phone and the Parcel Number we all have is the same, it's just an automated one and doesn't mean anything, we're likely to get one tomorrow evening or even on Friday, so now the game has completely changed.
Just to see if this theory is correct, does everyones Parcel number have a load of 0's?

No my tracking number looks legit, not loads of 0's or anything like that - shows that it is or has been in Leeds

iPhone x 256gb space grey 8:32am collect in store haven't received anything yet. So 9:30am probably haven't received anything yet too I guess.

I thought I would check my dpd app, and there’s tracking details there for Friday derlivery from o2.
Just checked my my o2 and still says in progress with no tracking details.
