@Anonymous my point is a employee for o2 has told me I’m gaurenteed delivery on Friday and I have it all in written evidence. If it doesn’t happen then they’ve quite clearly misinformed me and I will take the appropriate steps to report them.

In case anyone wondered, I ordered on the O2 app and my card payment was rejected the first time, but it went through a minute later. I also asked them to send me a new sim for the phone at the same time.
