I am pleased.
With so many years of experience going online to pre order and being let down, messed about and left frustrated with the system this year I went into the o2 store that opened at 8.01. By 8.10 my order was in and I collect it Friday 3rd Nov, not only that I get a goody bag off o2 when I collect and they do all the back up and restore in store for me so no messing about for me lol 😂
I am currently on O2 refresh with the iPhone 7 Plus 128gb after 12 months allowed an upgrade.
I chose the 64gb iPhone X in space grey as looking at my phone I have only used 41.6gb. The package was £129 upfront, 20gig, unlimited everything else. Paid £50 deposit which comes off my balance of £129 and £74 a month thereafter with an additional 10gig on top as an O2 reward. I was extremely happy with the service of the store so much better than the crappy online experiences I have suffered in the past, these guys were friendly and very very helpful.
