5G is game-changing. We are already seeing the impact it is having in industries worldwide. With any advance in technology people will always have questions. These include ‘Is 5G safe?’ ‘Are 5G masts safe?’ ‘Can 5G spread #COVID-19?’ ‘Why do we need 5G?’. In our latest campaign video, our Head of Policy and Communications Gareth Elliott answers these key questions and provides you with the facts about 5G.
We launched our public information campaign ‘#5GCheckTheFacts’, in February 2021 to inform, educate and busts the myths surrounding the next generation mobile network, 5G. For more factually accurate information to help alleviate any concerns and improve understanding about 5G visit here.

Social media is amazing - it let's us all stay in touch with our family, friends, favourite sports teams, celebrities and personalities, or the companies you use, but the ugly side of social media is the spread of fake news, disinformation, and the rise of keyboard warriors that need to flex their keystrokes even if they don't understand what they're shouting about - but they saw something on Twitter/Facebook and need to jump on the band wagon...
