Morning all,

It's here - 4G will bring seamless connectivity, faster speeds (5 x usual 3G) and experiences you can only get on O2. We’re going to have great 4G coverage – we are aiming to reach 98% of the population up to 2 years earlier than the regulatory requirement of 2017.

We are switching on London, Leeds and Bradford on August 29th with ten additional cities to follow by the end of the year. http://o2lin.kr/o24g

4G will open up a world of possibilities for our customers. Who’s excited? Tell us, how will 4G benefit you?

Thanks

Kim

Hi

I have a potential site for a mast in an area that has very poor 3G coverage and no 4G.

Who can I discuss this with?

Ta

HI,

I have been told many many times by o2 that when 4g is rolled out the current service will be also upgraded so I can expect a better signal at home etc... as its practically none at the minute even when I'm so close to my mast (1.5km with clear line of sight)... But I cannot find anything about that on the 4g news release etc..

Does anyone have more information about that?

I can't now find the link right now but O2 have committed to provide 2G, 3G and 4G to 98% of the population by 2015, although they're not required to do this until 2017.
