Hi
I am an o2 and VM customer. I have signed up to volt (weeks ago) however I am yet to receive my benefits. My account says it has all been set up but could take a few days to kick in.. it's been over a month
Please can I have some guidance on when I will recieve my benefits (double data double speed and wifi boosters?)

For the rest, you need to contact Virgin 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
You need the Virgin connect app to run tests and order the wifi boosters https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app
