Best time to ring is 8am
You could try Social Media
Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB)
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

Also note that O2 say: What happens to my Volt benefits if I leave O2 or Virgin Media?
If you choose to leave O2 by requesting a PAC or STAC then you'll lose access to your mobile data boost however, you'll keep your higher broadband speeds with Virgin Media. Likewise, if you choose to leave Virgin Media you'll keep your increased mobile data allowance on O2.

@RustyTrike You keep your speed boost on Virgin but the price you pay will alter as you are no longer on a Volt package and you will have to revert to one of the standard packages available.
This has come up on the Virgin Community several times and in all cases the customer needed to renegotiate a price
If your previous Virgin package was on an Oomph package that would have included a free SIM in the price. Leaving Oomph will entail losing the SIM unless you take out a mobile SIM only plan.
If you were not on Oomph then that is not a problem
